# Work the Review queue

Agent Mission Control user guide > Daily work

> One queue for interventions, failures to attest, and steps someone flagged.

**Who can do this:** Everyone, scoped to the departments you can access

Open **Flagged Reviews** in the sidebar. The page is titled **Review queue** and has four tabs.

| Tab | What's in it |
| --- | --- |
| **Human interventions** | Questions agents asked people, with assignee, SLA, and status. |
| **Failures** | Failed runs, with an AI-suggested cause and whether a cause is still required. |
| **Flagged steps** | Steps someone flagged for review, with the note, output, and reasoning. |
| **All** | Everything above in one list. |

## Filter the queue

- **Window:** 30, 60, or 90 days, or a custom range. Default is 30 days.
- **Department:** use the Department filter in the top bar.
- **Cause:** on the Failures tab, filter by failure cause.

## Flag a step for review

1. Open a run and select a step, or open an intervention thread.
2. Select **Flag** (or the flag icon in a thread).
3. Optional: add a **Note** of up to 500 characters for whoever triages it.
4. Select **Flag**. The step appears under **Flagged steps**.

To clear it, select **Remove flag** on the Flagged steps tab or in the flag dialog.
