# Read the ROI dashboard and export reports

Agent Mission Control user guide > Measure & govern

> See savings, cost, tokens, and interventions, trace every figure to its runs, and export.

**Who can do this:** Everyone (dashboard). ROI Inspector: Tenant Admin, Department Manager.

Open **ROI** in the sidebar. Choose **Today**, **This Week** (default), **This Month**, or **This Year**.

## What the tiles mean

| Tile | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Est. Savings** | Manual cost of the work minus what AMC spent on it. Shows its share of gross value and the pass rate. |
| **Est. Cost** | Model cost plus human cost for the period. |
| **Tokens** | Tokens used, split into agent and host. |
| **Human Interventions** | How many times a person stepped in. |

## How ROI is calculated

- **Net savings** = manual-run cost baseline - (model cost + human cost).
- **Human cost** = interventions x the workflow's HITL cost.
- **Pass rate** = passing runs / runs with an evaluation signal. It follows any outcome corrections.
- Each workflow has a **Manual cost / run** and a **HITL cost**, set under **Agents > Manage > Workflow settings**. Until someone sets them, AMC uses defaults of $150 per run and $50 per intervention and labels them **Default**.

## Drill down

If you can see more than one department, the page opens on **Savings by Department**. Select a department to see **Savings Breakdown by Workflow Type**. Select **Back to all departments** to return.

## Trace a figure in the ROI Inspector

Select any tile or workflow row to open the **ROI Inspector**. It lists every run behind the number, with tokens, model cost, interventions, human cost, baseline, net savings, and pass or fail. **Reconciles to** confirms the per-run figures add up to the dashboard total.

Model cost is labeled **Provider-actuals** when reconciled against Azure billing, **Pending reconciliation** before that, or **Metadata-derived** when computed from token counts.

## Export

1. Select **Download ROI Report** on the dashboard or in the Inspector.
2. Choose **CSV**, **Excel**, or **JSON**.

Exports cover the selected period and department, include 11 columns that match the Inspector, carry a schema version for data pipelines, and are recorded in the audit log.
