# Schedule workflows and set up webhooks

Agent Mission Control user guide > Administration

> Run workflows on a recurring cadence, or let other systems start them.

**Who can do this:** Tenant Admin, Super Admin

## Schedule a workflow

1. Go to **Settings > Scheduled Work** and select **New schedule**.
2. Choose the **Workflow**.
3. Choose a **Frequency**: every minute, every N minutes, hourly, every N hours, once a day, monthly on a day, or **Advanced** (a 5-field cron expression).
4. Set **Active hours** and **Active days** to limit when it fires, and choose a **Timezone**.
5. Check **Next 5 runs (preview)**, then select **Create trigger**.

The scheduler checks about every 30 seconds, so very short intervals can fire slightly late. Turn a schedule off with its **Enabled** toggle.

## Expose a workflow as a webhook

1. Go to **Settings > Integrations** and select **New webhook**.
2. Choose the **Workflow**. Turn on **HMAC signature verification** to require signed requests.
3. Select **Create trigger**, then open it again to see its **Endpoint**.
4. Under **Signing keys**, select **Add a key** and name the calling system, for example Salesforce. Select **Create key** and copy it.

Give each calling system its own key so every run traces back to its caller. **Rotate** issues a new key and keeps the old one valid for an overlap window. **Revoke** rejects that caller immediately without affecting others. A disabled webhook rejects every request.
