Governance appears once your organization has at least one department. Tabs your role can't open show a lock.
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Overview | The period at a glance: active agents, spend against cap, budgets configured, pending overrides, failure rate, confirmed causes, and workflows without a golden run. |
| Budgets | Each department's budget, spend, and days remaining. See budgets and overrides. |
| Golden Runs | The reference run for each workflow. See golden runs. |
| Failures | Failure rate over time, top causes, and a per-workflow breakdown. |
| Lifecycle | How many workflows are enabled or disabled, and recent changes. |
| Budget Overrides | Requests by approval tier, and your own requests. |
| Audit Log | Every governed action: who did what, when, why, and the before and after values. |
| Completion Overrides | Every run outcome someone changed, with the reason. |

Open Governance > Audit Log.
- Open Governance > Audit Log.
- Set the window (30, 60, 90 days, or custom).
- Filter by actor, action type, or target and department.
Audit scope follows your role: Super Admins see the installation, Tenant Admins their organization, Department Managers their departments, and Agent Managers their agents.
Enable or disable a workflow
Go to Agents, select Manage on the workflow, then use Workflow settings > Scheduling. Disabling stops AMC scheduling new runs; runs already in progress finish normally. Every change shows on the Lifecycle tab.
