Check your version and request updates

Go to Settings > System. Version shows the release this deployment runs. Quote it when you contact support. Older installations may not report a version; that's expected.

Request an update

1. 1In Settings > System, check Updates. It says whether a newer release is available and links to its release notes.
2. 2Select Request update.
3. 3AMC sends the request to your publisher, who performs the upgrade. The page shows when it's in progress and when it's done.

If a release requires an earlier version first, AMC tells you which. If the request couldn't reach the publisher, select Retry notification.
