SLA and escalation
- Default SLA: 24 hours by default. Set it in hours (1 to 168) or business days (1 to 10).
- An intervention becomes overdue when its SLA runs out from the time it opened.
- Escalation tiers (all on by default): at 1x SLA re-notify the primary responder, at 2x notify the department fallback admin, at 4x notify the org admin.
- To give one workflow a different SLA, open it under Agents > Manage and set an SLA override.

Every upload is scanned for malware before anyone can see it. Limits apply to every workflow.
