Active Work is the home page. It shows what your agents are doing now and what needs a person.
Read the dashboard
- Time range: choose Today, This Week (default), This Month, or This Year. Ranges are rolling, so This Week means the last 7 days.
- Tiles: Running, Completed, Pending, and Failed. Select a tile to open the matching list of runs.
- Attention queue: counts of human interventions (with how many are past SLA), failures pending attestation, and flagged steps. Select Open Reviews queue to work them.
- Recent Workflow Runs: up to 12 run cards with status, start time, and step progress. Select a card to open the run.
Status and outcome are different
Status is where a run is in its lifecycle: Running, Intervention, Pending, Completed, Failed, or Cancelled. Outcome is the verdict: Success or Failure. An admin can change a run's outcome without changing its status. Cancelled runs have no outcome.
